Granber can create the custom outdoor maps you need by using spatial GIS data. We compile, distill, and refine raw GIS data into a graphic suitable for your use. Granber has the tools to process the spatial GIS data and to create a cartographic quality map. We have been designing custom outdoor maps for many years and we have the software to meet your most demanding needs.

Thematic maps display statistical data visually using colorful maps. Granber can create thematic maps for you that bring dry, abstract statistics and mapped data to life. Thematic maps can show physical data such as geological boundaries or human characteristics such as population change and political issues in context with familiar political boundaries and geographic features.

Granber can digitize paper and hard copy maps and Mylar overlays. We are familiar with a number of digitizing software packages and we can quickly perform this task for you. We either manually digitize the information using GTCO digitizing tablets, or we scan the map and perform raster-to-vector conversion. In either case, your legacy maps are brought to digital life with this service.

Granber Solutions can fit and overlap maps that use different (or even undefined) projection systems. We use Didger, from Golden Software, to rectify, warp, and re-project map images to match the new coordinate system that you require. Not only do we use Didger but we designed and developed the software! So trust us at Granber Solutions to use Didger to full advantage on your project.
